CW-Keyer

These pages are dedicated to my CW-Keyer project. If you'd like to build one, you'll find all the required informations you need. If finished, it can (will?) be looking like this:

Most prominent features of the keyer:

  • WPM 0...99 via Speed settings
  • Core tested for rock solid timing up to up to 150 WPM when keying from memory -- who needs that?
  • Iambic Mode A
  • Iambic Mode B
  • CMOS SuperKeyer (Iambic B with different timing -- currently untested)
  • Buttons (1 Command-Button, 8 Function/Memory-Buttons)
  • On the fly ratio-change for aurora and meteo-scatter
  • energy-saving-modes: sleep and auto-power-off
  • immediate wake-up on any morse-key-action (less than 2µsec)
  • easy usage
  • small lightweight firmware
  • written in C++ for easy maintenance
  • relatively easy to extend
  • hardware-compatible to K3NG's firmware, see http://blog.radioartisan.com/arduino-cw-keyer/
